This policy covers browsing the website, requests for information and appointment management. Information about the processing of data arising from individual care, including health data, is provided separately where appropriate.
2. What data may be processed
Depending on the channel you use and your request, the following data may be processed:
- First name and surname.
- Email address and telephone number.
- Appointment date, time and the details needed to manage your booking.
- The content of messages you send.
- Technical connection data, such as your IP address, access date and information needed for the security and operation of the website.
Please provide only the information needed for your request. You do not need to send medical reports or describe your health in detail to request information or book an appointment.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to enquiries and requests.
Your data is used to respond to your messages and provide the information requested. Where an enquiry concerns arranging a service, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other voluntary enquiries, the legal basis is your consent to receive a response to that request.
Managing appointments and related communications.
Your data is used to manage bookings, changes, cancellations, confirmations and reminders. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or taking steps before entering into one.
Complying with legal obligations.
Where necessary, data will be processed to meet tax, accounting and other applicable legal obligations.
Maintaining website security.
Necessary technical data may be used to prevent unauthorised access, investigate incidents and maintain the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users, limited to the data needed for that purpose.
An enquiry or booking does not, by itself, authorise the sending of advertising. Any use for a different purpose will require its own legal basis and the relevant information to be provided.
4. Required information
To respond to an enquiry or manage an appointment, the identification and contact details requested by the relevant channel are needed. If essential information is not provided, it may not be possible to handle your request.
You are not required to provide additional information that is unnecessary for these purposes.
5. Google Calendar bookings and external contact channels
Online bookings are made through Google Calendar. The information you enter is used to manage your appointment and is also processed in accordance with Google’s terms and privacy policy.
If you contact me through WhatsApp or email, the providers of those services are involved in transmitting and, depending on the service, storing the communications.
You can find information about their data processing here:
- Google: Privacy policy
- WhatsApp: Privacy policy
You can also telephone if you prefer to request information or manage your appointment that way.
6. Service providers and recipients
The website and communications use STRATO hosting services, Google services for email and appointment bookings, and WhatsApp when you choose that contact channel.
These providers may process data as data processors or as controllers responsible for their own processing, depending on the service and the applicable terms.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts or other bodies where there is a legal obligation to do so.
7. International data transfers
Using Google and WhatsApp services may involve data processing or access from countries outside the European Economic Area.
The recipient organisations, countries and applicable safeguards depend on the service and its current terms. You can request information about the providers used and the applicable safeguards by writing to mudrilka@gmail.com.
8. Data retention
Messages will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your request.
Appointment data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by legal obligations or necessary to address potential liabilities.
Technical logs will be retained for the period needed for security and incident management, depending on the service configuration.
Where applicable, data will be blocked from ordinary use for the legally required periods before being deleted.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, as well as restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability, where these rights apply.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, write to mudrilka@gmail.com, explaining your request. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested where necessary.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at https://www.aepd.es.
10. Children’s data
Appointment requests for children must be managed by their mother, father or legal representative. Only the information needed to arrange the visit should be provided.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the services used or the conditions of processing change. The current version will be available on this page.
