Vadim Zadoinov Andronikov
Movement has been part of my life throughout: first in elite sport, then in my osteopathic training and practice.
Today, I work in Palafrugell, with an approach based on listening, hands-on care and individual attention.
I want to understand what is troubling you and what you would like to get back to doing in everyday life. I am committed to offering approachable care, explaining my work and reviewing your progress with you.
Working from the heart

The body as a musical instrument
I like to compare the body to a musical instrument: before trying to tune it, you need to listen.
The image of a “body tuner” expresses my approach to osteopathy: noticing subtle differences, understanding how movements relate to one another and adapting my work to each person.
Every story has its own rhythm.
From elite sport to osteopathy
My sporting career was in athletics, competing in the 400-metre hurdles. I won a bronze medal at the 1988 World Junior Championships and competed in three Olympic Games: Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000.
Those years gave me first-hand experience of the demands of training, competition and recovery. They also taught me the value of consistency and paying attention to how the body feels.
Since 2004, I have continued my training in manual therapies and osteopathy. Today, I bring that training together with my sporting experience to care for people of different ages, lifestyles and needs.
